What’s going ? Dodgers are now 2 1/2 games ahead of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Dodgers are off today. The Snakes play a 4 game series against the St. Louis Cardinals starting today. With a win, Arizona would only be 2 games back. With a loss, they would be 3 games back. After tonight’s game, the Dodgers and D-Backs will have the same amount of games left, which is 6 games. Arizona Schedule. Los Angeles Schedule.
I watched the game on t.v. Very nice. I think they did a nice job in bringing all those old Yankees. It was cool. Now that Yankee Stadium will no longer host a game, Dodger Stadium becomes the third oldest park in the Major Leagues.

Video Time! The end of Troy ?
A couple of MLBlogs have been updated. Andre Ethier has a new food review. Zack Hample made a visit to Dodger Stadium. I enjoy reading his blog. He has a passion of collecting baseballs. Alyssa Milano updated her blog too. Check them out.
I got a e-mail from Ken Roberts. He created a “odds of making the playoffs” website. At this moment, according to his site the Dodgers have a 49.11 % to make the playoffs. Interesting stuff. Check it out if you’re into numbers.
Troy from West Virginia is not happy with Allegany County Community College.
Ramon Troncoso and Joe Beimel.
Ramon Troncoso and Joe Beimel were scheduled to sign autographs at a AT&T Store in Downey at 12 pm. We arrived around 10:30 am. Only about 25 fans were in front of us. No big deal. I brought the 2 Joe Beimel bobbleheads that we got last Tuesday. Alot of fans brought that bobblehead. I also took a picture of Beimel and myself taken from last month’s signing. The line moved quickly and got all the items signed. I got a pix with Ramon and my Wife with Joe. Thanks Ramon & Joe !
Dodgers lost…..let’s watch a couple of videos to cheer up…..lol
The Video of the Ballad of the legend of Joe Beimel continues….

and Manny Ramirez is already out in Los Angeles ? (Manny comes out about 31 seconds into the Video…at the 2008 L.A. Dub Show)
July 11, 2008 Burbank, California
Today I met Joe Beimel at a Staples Location here in Southern California. He was scheduled to sign autographs at 12pm. I got there 1 hour before and I thought I was going to see a big crowd but only about 15 people were in front of me. That’s cool for me. Once it was my turn to meet him, I gave him a couple of pictures for him to sign. On the table, there was a Joe Beimel Bobblehead. I assume it’s the one that they will give away at Dodger Stadium on August 12 ! The Beimel bobblehead looks good. Sometimes these bobbleheads look bad and don’t even look like the players. But this is one does look like Beimel. While he signed my items, I told him they did a
good job with the bobblehead. He agreed. I grabbed the bobblehead from the table and asked him for a picture. He said sure and I noticed a employee looking funny at me. Probably thought I was taking the bobblehead home. Overall, cool experience. Not alot of people. Got 3 items signed and got out of there quickly. Thanks Joe & Staples I guess. 🙂
I was going to ask Joe if he was going to invite Troy from West Virginia a invite to L.A. for his Bobblehead night. lol But I totally forgot.
As you know, I’m a fan of Troy from West Virginia. Troy is weird, I know that. But he makes me laugh. The dude is crazy, but in a good way. Well I guess he went too crazy at the Dodgers game in Cincinnati. Apparently after Joe Beimel pitched the 7th Inning of Tuesday’s game, Troy got into a fight and didn’t stop. More info from the Press-Enterprise…
Taped to Joe Beimel’s locker after the game was a copy of the police report detailing the actions of the reliever’s biggest fan, who got himself into trouble at Great American Ball Park.
Troy Sexton, a West Virginia man who has gained cult prominence for his numerous Beimel tribute videos on YouTube, was arrested before the start of the eighth inning and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest — actions that resulted in the game being delayed.
Sexton engaged in a physical altercation and refused to stop fighting when asked, according to the report. His arrest came after Beimel recorded two groundouts to help the Dodgers escaped a seventh-inning jam.
Beimel has met Sexton and even appeared in a YouTube video responding to the man, but asked if he might have the money to post bond, the left-hander smiled and said, “I have it. He’s not getting it.”
What’s more funnier ? That Troy got arrested or that Beimel refused to bail him out of jail ? lol Well I can’t wait from a response from Troy on YouTube and hear his side of th story. His last video was this one….Click on the Video if you want to read the comments. Some of them are funny…I’m out! Peace…
Thanks to Nick for the tip…the following video is from yesterdays game. Joe Beimel got to say the starting lineup for Fox. It’s funny. He mentiones Troy from West Virginia. He doesn’t know if Brad Penny wants to be a Hollywood Star or a Redneck…check it out!
